	November 2nd, 1917.

	Dear Lord Rothschild,

	I have much pleasure in conveying to you, on behalf of His Majesty's
	Government, the following declaration of sympathy with Jewish Zionist 
	aspirations which has been submitted to, and approved by, the Cabinet:

	"His Majesty's Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine
	of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best 
	endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being 
	clearly	understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the 
	civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in 
	Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any
	other country".

	The Capture, Imprisonment and Ransom of Richard the Lionheart 1194

	This is a fascinating book that explains how Richard as King of
	England was captured by the Holy Roman Emperor and only released
	after a Ransom of "25% of the Total Wealth of England" was agreed.

	Richard also happened to be Feudal Lord of Lands stretching from 
	Hadrian's Wall in Scotland down to the Pyrennes in Spain.

	Yet it was only England that paid the Ransom.

	This Ransom laid the foundations for the English Taxation System
	to be encapsulated in the Westminster System of Government when
	Benjamin DISRAELI wrote "The Vindication of the English Constitution"
	in 1835 at the age of 31.

b	Friends in High Places			Jeremy PAXMAN		1991

	This books states that in 1860 Lord ROTHSCHILD gave the Merchants of 
	Manchester 20,000,000 British Pounds Sterling [BPS 20 Million] to give
	as a donation to the US President LINCOLN so the North could buy ships 
	from Newcastle to blockade the ports in the South (p280).

	The blockade was to prevent the ships with Cotton from reaching 
	Manchester where the Cotton was made into textiles.

	The blockade was lifted when the Slaves were freed and paid a wage.

	Thus the "Rothschilds' Economic Model" was conceived.  

	The higher the wages at the base country, the more money can be made 
	from Foreign Exchange exports of raw materials and finished goods.

	Hence the Foundation of Socialism in London and the formation of
	the "London School of Economics and Political Science" in 1895
	by Beatrice and Sydney WEBB 
 
c	Cecil RHODES: The Race for Africa	Anthony THOMAS		1996

	This book explains how Nathaniel ROTHSCHILD funded RHODES for DE BEERS 
	Diamonds Mines (1880) in the Cape and later the Witwatersrand Gold [1885]
	in Transvaal now the Republic of South Afria.  

	In addition ROTHSCHILD's Son-in-Law, the British Prime Minister Lord 
	ROSEBERY, promised RHODES a subsidy 20,000 British Pounds Sterling [BPS] 
	per annum for 10 years to build a railway from South Africa to Rhodesia
	(p282).

	In return the book states RHODES paid Charles Stewart PARNELL 250,000 
	British Pounds Sterling	when he visited RHODES (p224).  

	Lord ROTHSCHILD advised RHODES "never allow yourself to get caught short 
	without a loose million handy. (That's almost BPS 50 Million by today's
	values.)"

	Charles PARNELL was a member of the House of Commons elected on a Home
	Rule for Ireland Platform.  There is conjecture about his involvement
	with the revolutionary Irish Republican Brotherhood [IRB] and his 
	funding the Irish Troubles via the IRB

	Lord ROTHSCHILD was nominated as the the executor of Cecil RHODES Will to 
	establish the RHODES scholarship at Oxford.  

d	Rogue Nation				Clyde PRESTOWITZ	2003

	Clyde PRESTOWITZ who was Counselor to the Secretary of Commerce (Malcolm
	BALDRIDGE) in President Ronald REGAN's Administration. 

	He was the vice chairman of the President's Committee on Trade and 
	Investment in the Pacific and sits on the board of the US Member 
	Committee of PBEC. 

	In 2003 he published "Rogue Nation" which states that the US Government 
	passes legislation that undermines any Country's Sovereignty including 
	their own.

	Examples include:

	1996	U.S. Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA)

	"Edward, just one small nit to pick with your comments below regarding 
	the U.S. Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 
	(HIPAA).

	While you are correct in saying that the actual legislation itself does 
	not adopt or mandate the use of a particular technology, unfortunately, 
	the enabling regulation - The HIPAA Electronic Transaction Final Rule - 
	does.

	It adopted implementation specifications based on the ASC X12 standards 
	as well	as some based on the NCPDP standards. 

	As a result, the use of the ASC X12 standards is now embedded in U.S. 
	Federal Regulation for several financial transactions, including health
	care claims, health care claim payments and remittance advice, and several 
	others.

	The U.S. health care is now paying dearly to try to implement and deploy
	just the health care claim transactions with dismal success and huge cost."

	However the most important issue for Australia and other trading nations
	is that the rest of the World has been funded by the UN to implement
	the UN/EDIFACT international ecommerce Standard on a Voluntary basis.

	The HIPPA Legislation means that every electronic transaction with
	the US will require a "conversion" from the EDIFACT Format to the 
	ANSI-X12 Format and vice versa for a return message.

	This will add a perpetual cost and delay to electronic communications
	particularly as the US is pursuing so many bi-lateral trade agreements
	(see 2002 Trade Promotion Authority Act and "Rogue Nation" below) 

	2001	The Patriot Act

	The key advantage for Australia from the Aus-USA FTA was access for
	Australian business to the US$ 200 Billion Federal Goverment and
	US$ 200 Billion State Government Annual Procurement Contracts	

	However the Aus USA FTA allows the US Government to circumvent
	Australia's strict Health and Drug Laws

	"The story you are about to read is true. The names have not been 
	changed to protect the guilty. This book may have the effect of
	changing your life. After reading this book, you will never look 
	at national and world events in the same way again.

	None Dare Call It Conspiracy will be a very controversial book. 

	At first it will receive little publicity and those whose plans are 
	exposed in it will try to kill it by the silent treatment. 

	For reasons that become obvious as you read this book, it will not be
	reviewed in all the "proper" places or be available on your local bookstand. 

	However, there is nothing these people can do to stop a grass roots book 
	distributing system. Eventually it will be necessary for the people and 
	organizations named in this book to try to blunt its effect by attacking 
	it or the author. 

	They have a tremendous vested interest in keeping you from discovering what
	they are doing. And they have the big guns of the mass media at their disposal
	to fire the barrages at None Dare Call It Conspiracy.

	By sheer volume, the "experts" will try to ridicule you out of investigating for
	yourself as to whether or not the information in this book is true.

	They will ignore the fact that the author about to conjecture. They will find a 
	typographical error or ague some point that is open to debate. 

	If necessary they will lie in order to protect themselves by smearing this book.

	I believe those who pooh-pooh the information herein because Psychologically many
	people would prefer to believe we are because we all like to ignore bad news.

	We do so at our own peril.

	Having been a college instructor, a State Senator and now a Congressman I have 
	had experience with real professionals at putting up smokescreens to cover up
	their own actions by trying to destroy the accuser. 

	I hope that you will read the book carefully, draw your own conclusions and not
	accept the opinions of those who of necessity must attempt to discredit the book.
