The views and comments are based on information provided by members and contacts of HIN and not the members of the Open Interchange Consortium [OIC] Certain issues, which have influenced OIC Members, have been discussed at OIC Management meetings and particularly legal issues which are authorised on the OIC Web site B ADDITIONAL PERSONS FOR WITNESS EVIDENCE As the submission by the Management Committee of the OIC XML & E-commerce Special Interest Group [XZIG] has been the only submission to review in detail Chapter 16: E-commerce there are several people that the Senate Inquiry may wish to consider for additional Witness Evidence. These people are: 1 Philip ARGY 2 Isi & Mark LEIBLER 3 Jim SPIEGELMAN 4 Sir Evelyn de ROTHSCHILD As many of the advances in social, environmental, international trade and business processes can be attributed to Jewish Community, it would be prudent for the Senate Inquiry to include the views of the Jewish Community as part of its report. However there is great concern by many in the Jewish Community that the current policies of Zionism are not in the interest of the majority of Torah (Community) Jews. Evidence of this includes: 1 New York Times 1994: A Clarification of Torah Doctrine 2 The formation of many "Jews for Jesus" Networks 3 Torah Jews tired of being the scapegoats for Zionist policies eg 5,000,000 Russian Jews and 3,000,000 Polish Jews according to the ABC "World at War Program" Sun 20 Jun 2004, were identified for death in Poland and Russia in World War II as a result of reparation costs to Germany in the Treaty of Versailles after WWI This was the first political Treaty signed by Australian Officials. Although the Australian IP Law has been amended, the Senate Inquiry may wish to invite Mr ARGY to explain how the Federal and State Laws should be amended to harmonise Chapter 16 and Chapter 17 with the World Intellectual Property Organisation [WIPO] directions on Intellectual Property. 2 Isi and Mark LEIBLER Senator COOK as you aware the Jewish Community has always been closely involved in stimulating Trade and Commerce. Mr Isi LEIBLER was exceedingly influential as a leading tax lawyer on the Treasurer Paul KEATING for a number of years . Mr LEIBLER was a close confident to Mr KEATING and Mr HAWKE who may have been unaware of the objectives of Mr LEIBLER and the far right Zionist movement Various newspapers noted that 26 Sep 1990 The Melbourne Age "Some people in the Taxation Office in Melbourne feel that Mr LEIBLER's advice is listened to before their own" Jun 13 1992 The Week-end Australian "Mr LEIBLER, a leading taxation lawyer.... dealt regularly with Mr KEATING when he was Treasurer over tax policy" This was at the time when Mr KEATING was formulating the "Networking the Nation" strategy on research funds loaned by the European Community 1994 Australia first Country to receive EU Funding Mr LEIBLER was the President of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry Currently Mr Isi LEIBLER resides in Israel however his brother Mr Mark LEIBLER is still in Australia 3 NSW Chief Justice James SPIEGELMAN NSW Lieutenant Governor and Chief Justice of the NSW Supreme Court The main reason to invite the Chief Justice of the NSW Supreme Court to the Senate Inquiry in to the Aus-USA Free Trade Agreement is to provide an accurate up-to-date assessment of the role that Electronic Commerce now plays with the Australian Legal processes. The legal process will be involved with Chapter 21: Dispute resolution and the change of Legislation required both at Federal and State Level. Justice SPIEGELMAN as the Chief Justice of the NSW Supreme Court has spearheaded the move to electronic documents in the NSW Judicial process. As I understand it, one of the influences that the Board of Deputies of British Jews has throughout the Commonwealth is that there are a number of Jewish Solicitors invited to become members of each State Office of Parliamentary Counsel. It is highly like that much of this drafting and checking is outsourced to legal firms This right, I believe, was part of the Religious Tolerance Act which, with the formation of the Board of Deputies of British Jews in 1760, ensure that any Act passed by Government did not interfere with "Jewish Religious beliefs" or enables the Parliamentary legal counsels to word laws for the benefit of the legal profession rather than for the benefit of the community. Other information that we received includes Terry WAITE, as the emissary of the Archbishop of Canterbury, was placed as a hostage in Beirut in the Middle East until certain terms and conditions had been agreed between the heads of the different Religions. He was probably released when a strategy and milestones had been agreed. One of those milestones was the agreement to enable British Muslims to form a similar body to the Board of Deputies of British Jews [BOD]. In 1997 the Muslim Council of Britain [MCB] was formed. MCB acts as the representative of 250 Muslim organisations throughout Britain. In view of the resignation of Andrew WILKIE over the war with Iraq "I have betrayed my Government not my Country" in the article "The Big Lie" Sydney Morning Herald June 19-20 there may be some truth in the suggestion that the War on Terrorism is the distraction for other reasons issues. On Jun 1 John Howard Australian Prime Minister was interviewed on his reasons for visiting the States. He said in the television interview "I am going to discuss the plight of 2 Australians captured by the Americans, David HICK and Mamdouh HABIB and discuss progress with the Free Trade Agreement". Is the "War on Terrorism" as excuse for world leaders to meet to massage the Free Trade Agreement strategy ? EXAMPLES OF TREACHERY IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE AGREEMENTS As there are many examples of treachery in international trade, it is vital that the Senate Inquiry on the Aus-USA Free Trade Agreement review the history of International Trade and prepare appropriate questions - see attached chronology 4 Sir Evelyn de ROTHSCHILD As the Rothschild Family have been at the heart of International Trade issues for more than two centuries it would be appropriate to invite Sir Evelyn de ROTHSCHILD to the Senate Inquiry. As there are 4 Chapters of the Aus-USA Free Trade Agreement dedicated to Government Administration and e-Commerce issues it is mandatory for the Australian Government to have some insight into these new process for International Trade. Sir Evelyn de ROTHSCHILD is probably the most appropriate person to brief the Australian Government for a number of reasons including: A FUNDING NAPOLEON AND WELLINGTON The Rothschilds have been involved with many Trade issues for over 200 years since the Napoleonic Wars Supporting Website - Section "Coup of Coups" B ROTHSCHILD BUY THE ENGLISH STOCKMARKET The Rothschilds spread a rumour on the English Stock-market that Napoleon had won and were able to virtually buy all the Stock Another Supporting website According to the Rothschild Australia site it was the Rothschilds "that were able to rescue the English Stock-market from bankruptcy" (However this site has now been changed and it requires an application with two referees to obtain a password into the Rothschild Australia site). In Manchester Town Square - Albert Square itself there is a Statue of Prince Albert protected by a canopy of four Star of Davids This money was used to build ships in Newcastle so that they could blockade the American Southern ports and prevent the export of cotton and tobacco. Why would the Merchants of Manchester want to blockade their raw material ? Because if you pay the slaves then the raw material price raises hence you can make more money out of foreign currency exchange One of the reasons Benjamin Disraeli persuade Queen Victoria to allow Karl MARX to stay in London 1849 was so a strategy could be devised to out-flank Marx's Communist Theories. This Strategy included a plethora of Local Government, Education, Workpractice, Health and Housing laws in the 1880s and 1890s.
