OIC is not seen as lead member.
Members have developed and are developing a number of resources that can assist with the EoI including :
1 an Electronic infrastructure that will enable Peak Bodies to provide local directories
2 Marketing and promotion expertise eg Local Government Surveys and Local Government Roadshow
3 Applications to provide options eg TIMS
