THE EDGE OF THE ABYSS OF PERPETUAL DEBT

On behalf of the Community of Torah Jews this e-mail is to warn of the concerns with the
Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement [FTA]. 

There is evidence to support concerns that that the FTA has been proposed to: 

1	place the Australian Community in Perpetual Debt 

2	undermine Australian legal sovereignty 

3	implement an E-commerce Standard which will conflict with Australia's current Treaty 
	obligations. 

4	result in considerable costs for small and medium size businesses endeavouring to 
	comply with the FTA 

5	deny Australians their Intellectual Property rights 

Whilst this evidence has been provided to the Senate Inquiry, further evidence has been 
discovered which warrants direct contact with the appropriate Government Ministers.

The additional people proposed with reasons to the FTA Inquiry  were

These people were proposed to the FTA Inquiry to provide a parallax view of the following 
chapters 

1	Chapter 8: Technical Barriers to Trade 
2	Chapter 15: Government Procurement 
3	Chapter 16: Electronic Commerce 
4	Chapter 21: Dispute Resolution

There has only been 1 submission out of 423 that refers to Chapter 16: Electronic Commerce 

BACKGROUND 

The Jewish Community have been concerned for a number of years  about the conflicts between 
Zionism and Torah (Community) Judaism 

Here is a link to an advert placed in the New York Times on 06 Feb 1994 during the last Middle 
East conflict stating  

"Torah Judaism and Zionism are mutually exclusive"

Over the last 30 years many concerned Jews throughout the world have joined "Jews for Jesus"
Groups as they have witnessed the growing belligerency of the Zionist movement 

Torah Jews are tired of being the scape-goats for Zionist policies 

EVIDENCE ALREADY PROVIDED TO SUPPORT CONCERNS 

The initial evidence for the influence of the Zionist Policies on  Government & Trade were 
drawn not from the Rothschild Australia which has very little historical background 

but from the Rothschild Swiss site

That evidence included facts like: 

1	The Rothschild had a monopoly on mercury for over 100 years - mercury is needed to mint 
	coins 
 
2	Even to this day the Rothschild are the permanent chair of the Committee that fixes the Gold price each day 

	This is a real concern as how Governments and currencies were manipulated as Rothschilds 
	took on the role of permanent Chair of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) in 	
	1919 for the daily fixing of the price of gold 

3	1895 Establishing "Jewish Colonies in Palestine" 

4	1960s Establishing Rothschilds Inc in US

5	1980s	Forefront Government Privatisation 

NEW EVIDENCE 

The new evidence that indicates a change in ROTHSCHILD direction  to e-Commerce includes: 

1	01 Jun 2004 Rothschilds sells Asset Management Branch to Westpac


2	Victorian Partnership for Advanced Computing Limited is made up of 6 universities with 
	funding provided by Rothschild Australia e-Fund Investors Limited 

3	Working with CSIRO 

	"The Rothschild e-Fund, within Rothschild Australia's Venture Capital Group,  has been
	joined by Dr Darren Cundy from CSIRO for a one year secondment, marking a significant 
	new approach to bridging the gap between the scientific community and the venture 
	capitalists.  

	Dr Megan Clark, Chief Executive Officer of the Rothschild e-Fund, said  her team had a 
	long-term commitment to working with the universities and research institutions that 
	are generating some of Australia's future intellectual property in the 
	IT/telecommunications and multimedia areas, which are the focus areas of the Rothschild 
	e-Fund" 


NEXT STEPS 

Mr Prime Minister it is appropriate to place the Aus-USA FTA on hold until: 

1	the Senate Inquiry has completed its investigation 

2	filled its report 

3	Parliament has debated the content of the report
