Purpose: A segment to identify the party's name, address and function.
Notes: In the IDO sent to the importer/broker, this segment is used to identify the Consignee
(optional), Message Sender and Message Recipient. NB: C082 is used for the ImportNet
User ID of the message recipient and message sender, C058 is used for the Consignee.
In the IDO copy sent to the terminal/stevedore, a code 'AV' (authorising official) is to be
used in 3035, and a password sent in C082/3039. The password will be administered
jointly by the shipping line and terminal/stevedore.
