2 EasyBiz Web Services Framework Development
2.1 Development of communication mechanisms to send
and receive data in the common format between the
EasyBiz Portal and EasyBiz Web Services Hub
2.2 Transformation of the EasyBiz common data format
into council specific data format and development
of the communication mechanisms to send and receive
EasyBiz data between the EasyBiz Web Services Hub
and Council.
2.3 Provision of tool(s) to enable council to perform
for themselves the transformation EasyBiz common
data format into council specific data format
(include initial installation cost and any ongoing
licence fees in the annual cost column).
3 EasyBiz Web Services Framework Implementation
3.1 Installation of EasyBiz Web Services Framework onto
EasyBiz Platform
3.2 Support to council to install any relevant EasyBiz Web
Services Framework components into council IT
environment
3.3 Provision of training in the tool installed to enable
council to do their data transformation and provision
of training materials eg manuals
4 Meetings
4.1 Provision of weekly progress reports to EasyBiz
Project Manager
4.2 Attendance at weekly work in progress meetings with
EasyBiz Project Manager

The Contract price or rates are exclusive of any GST but are inclusive of all expenses,
insurance's, duties, imposts and taxes payable by the Contractor.
The payments quoted are exclusive of any Goods & Services Tax ("GST") which is
payable.
If the tenderer is successful and GST is payable because of the performance of
the Services, the payments will be those quoted or otherwise agreed plus GST.
