Tenderers should note that Council's Tender Form, Form of Agreement and GITC Terms and
Conditions have been included in the Tender Documents setting out the terms and conditions
of the contract.
Tenderers should include in their tender submission copies of their proposed Contract Terms and
Conditions, if applicable, for the Council's consideration.
They should also indicate, if applicable, the ability to modify these clauses where required
to integrate into the Council's operational and general business requirements.
The evaluation criteria are (clause 5.1):
1 Tender Price (including the on-going maintenance costs)
2 Capacity and ability of tenderer to undertake the works/services (including
implementation plan and perceived issues and risks to be managed and description of
key personnel)
4 Previous relevant experience, performance and reliability in the provision of similar
types of works (including participation in the development and promulgation of data
standards across Government or Industry, appreciation of application of web services
technology to business)
5 Methodology and procedures, management skills (including installation of software with
each council)
6 Compliance to OH&S.
Tenderers may be contacted during the tender assessment period and be requested to provide
further information.
Such information shall be made available as soon as possible and not more than twenty-four hours
after the request or such other time as the Council shall allow.
