7.6.2 Technical Principles
EasyBiz must seek to comply with the following principles:
A Robust modularity - the ability to change individual components of the system without
compromising the integrity of other components;
B Clear presentation of PDF forms - all forms created and obtained from EasyBiz must be
clearly presented
7.6.3 Naming Standards
EasyBiz will support the naming standards outlined in the Australian Government Technical
Interoperability Framework (AGTIF).
These standards address issues such as time/date naming conventions.

7.6.4 Data Exchange
The data standards that EasyBiz will support are outlined in the Australian Government Technical
Interoperability Framework (AGTIF).
The key standards contained/endorsed by the AGTIF to be supported by EasyBiz are:
A Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) version 2.1;
B AS4590 ISO standard for exchange of client information
In addition to the AGTIF standards, any schema produced by the EasyBiz System must
incorporate/encompass the National Electronic Development Assessment Data Standard.

7.6.5 Presentation of encoding formats
The presentation of encoding format standards that EasyBiz will support are described in the

EasyBiz is required to adhere to standards relating to:

B JPEG
C PNG
D XML

7.6.6 Security
The security standards EasyBiz is required to adhere to are described in the security section
of the AGTIF.

EasyBiz preference is for use of SSL for secure transfer ensuring encrypted transmission of all
data via HTTPS.
EasyBiz must provide security in respect to:
A Identifying that the data being sent to council is from EasyBiz
B Identifying that the data being sent to council is from a known business
7.6.7 Privacy
The privacy standards EasyBiz is required to adhere to are described by the Office of the
Federal Privacy Commissioner.

The authentication standards EasyBiz is required to adhere to are described in the
