4.1 User Classes/Roles
Table 7 - EasyBiz user classes/roles describes the various types of EasyBiz users and how
they will interact with the EasyBiz system.

USER CLASS/ROLE DESCRIPTION
A Permit Browser A user that wishes to obtain information about a specific
permit for a specific council and uses EasyBiz to locate that
information.
B Permit Lodger A user that believes they may need to lodge a permit application
with a council and uses EasyBiz to firstly establish if they
do need to lodge a permit application and if so, to obtain the
required permit application.
C Expert Permit Lodger A user that knows they need to lodge a permit application,
knows the exact permit application to be lodged and simply
requires access to the permit application to complete and
submit.
D Transaction Administrator A user from a council that is responsible for maintaining the
council's information about one or more transactions that exist
on EasyBiz.
E Council Administrator A user from a council that is responsible for managing the
council's Transaction Administrator access to the council's
information that exists on EasyBiz.
F System Administrator A user from the Central Management Authority who is responsible
for the overall administration of all EasyBiz components.
