1.3 	Purpose of Operational Concept Document

The Operational Concept Document (OCD) contains:

A	Section 1 - Introduction - information about the EasyBiz System, the purpose of the
	OCD, the supporting documentation that should be read in conjunction with the OCD, 
	the glossary, acronyms and terms relevant to the EasyBiz System and the justification 
	for the EasyBiz System;

B	Section 2 - System Purpose and Scope - information about the purpose, the functional
	scope, the system boundary and the context/related initiatives of EasyBiz;

C	Section 3 - EasyBiz Implementation - information about the implementation strategy
	and deliverables of the EasyBiz System;

D	Section 4 - Solution Independent Capability Needs - information about the different
	user roles and the various council transactions that EasyBiz must support;

E	Section 5 - Consolidated Operational Needs - information about the goals, the key
	stakeholder needs for EasyBiz;

F	Section 6 - Existing Systems - information about the existing Federal, State and Local
	council systems that may have a relationship with EasyBiz and;

G	Section 7 - System Solution Description- information about the EasyBiz system
	architecture, the components that may comprise EasyBiz, other Federal, State and Local
	Government systems that will interface with EasyBiz, the personnel required to support
	EasyBiz, constraints on the design of EasyBiz and the likely evolution of the EasyBiz
	System
