SCOPE OF PROJECT 

The scope of the project is to provide the names and the e-mail addresses of 8 key people 
in Councils to invite to OIC Events..

Please find attached a word file with 25 Councils.   

I have carried out a survey with 4 of the Councils and these are the observations

1	the general structure appears to be that there are 3 or 4 Gp Man/Directors 
	reporting to the General Manager.

2	The titles cover 7 main areas:
	B	Corporate - admin/IT/Financial
	C	Community - Children/Community/Lib
	D	Technical - Engineering/Property/Works
	E	Environment -Strategy/Plan/Waste/Health
	I	Manager - IT Services
	L	Manager - Library Services
	R	Manager - Council Records

B	10c per contact each time the list is used - e-credits

a	The list is the property of Halisa International.

b	The list and details within the list cannot be used without confirmation in  
	writing that the list is being licenced
